1st April 2006 Windsurfing: Brogborough Wind Direction: sw ish Wind Stength: 4 - 6 bft Surf / Sea State: flat'ish Air Temperature: 13c Sea Temperature: getting warmer Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Woohooo finaly a day out on the water seems like ages since had a proper sail. Started out on 7m and 150 lt board stuck at it til I couldn't handle the larger board anymore just too bouncy changed down to 112 lt board much better! Next was a change in sail size down couldn't decide 5.8 or 6.3 decided on 5.8 as it uses different mast to my 7m. It was a good choice for the 5.8 fully powered up blasting back and forth even some dry gybes at the ends! Water could of been a bit warmer but it has warmed up a bit other than that one of the classic days at Brog. |
